All displayed values (Land, Building, Just Taxable and Assessed) are from data for the year and period selected. This information is updated periodically (Preliminary, TRIM and Final). Sales prices/dates and other information (owner's name, address, etc.) is up to date. However, the various property values displayed for the current year may change throughout the year due to the effect Tax Roll processes may have on them.
