Property Inspections
We have begun in earnest the 2016 valuation cycle. Some of our duties require us to be out in the field doing field inspections. Field Staff is out 5 days per week inspecting parcels and updating photos. They are always in a LCPA logo uniform shirt, with marked cars and ID badges. They are there to verify data, measure homes, etc. If you have any questions or concerns call our Field Services department at 239-533-6236.
Introducing Comper by Spatialest
In addition to all of our great online mapping and reporting tools, we are bringing Comper to our web site. Comper is a tool that finds single family residential, condo, and vacant residential properties that sold here in Lee County. Use the View Comparable Sales button on the home page to try the service.
