There are two ways to complete the Sales Follow-up Questionnaire.
If you received a code from us, you can easily access the Questionnaire.
If you do not have a code, you will need to use your Property Appraiser account. If you do not already have an account, you will need to create one. Once you attach the parcel to your account, you will be able to complete the Questionnaire.
