Aerial Photography, Maps and Images

The website offers access to a wide variety of aerial photographs, maps, and other images from a variety of sources. Specifically, the ortho and oblique aerial photography is provided by, and owned by, third party vendors and licensed to the Property Appraiser’s Office. This information is provided solely for the use Property Appraiser staff, other governmental agencies (stakeholders), and the public for personal, non-business use.

Any other use including, but not limited to, commercial resale or redistribution in any form is expressly forbidden. If you have any questions regarding the use of the resources provided on the website please contact our office.

Privacy and Use Policy

It is the policy of the State of Florida that all state records are open for public inspection. This policy is embodied in the Florida Constitution, together with the right of an individual to be free from unauthorized governmental intrusion into their private life, as provided in Article 1, Section 23. In recognition of these policies, the Lee County Property Appraiser has established this Internet Privacy Policy. When you use our Site, you are acknowledging that personal information you provide is subject to Florida's Public Records Policy as stated in Chapter 119, Florida Statutes, and Article I, Section 24 of the state Constitution.

If any part of this Agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitation set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the Agreement shall continue in effect.
Closing of Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the User and Lee County Property Appraiser with respect to this website and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between the User and Lee County Property Appraiser with respect to this website. This Agreement shall be deemed to include all other notices, policies, disclaimers and other terms contained in this website; provided, however, that in the event of a conflict between such other terms and the terms of this Agreement, the terms of this Agreement shall control.
