The Property Appraiser has mailed the Notice of Proposed Property Taxes (TRIM) to all property owners. When you receive your TRIM notice it will contain a personalized code that allows you to better interact with our office. Enter the code below. Once you enter the code, you will be able to report Hurricane Ian damage, apply for exemptions and review your value. You can also access your parcel information and TRIM notice by using the Quick Search below and clicking on the links provided.

Some functions of our website, such as address changes and sales information verification, require us to collect some data about the person submitting the information. Instead of collecting your information each time a request is made, a one-time account creation process will give you access to those functions.

By giving us your name, telephone number, and e-mail address you make it easier for us to contact you if we have any questions about your submitted information.

Your user name will be the e-mail account we should contact / confirm information with you. All fields are required to create an account.

The password is a minimum of six characters / numbers.

From time to time, the Property Appraiser’s Office will send information via e-mail that may be of interest to Lee County property owners such as exemption information, TRIM dates and Notice availability, and information regarding property tax legislation. Be assured that the information will be limited to Property Appraiser’s Office business and that we will not share your information with any third parties.
